Welcome

Welcome to the website for Vietnam Veterans of America Chapter #278, located in Texarkana, USA. We meet the third Sunday of every month at the Elks Lodge on New Boston Road. Lunch is served at 1:30 p.m. and the meeting begins at 2:00 p.m. We would love for you to join us! We also set up at various events throughout the year.
